Your Role: What You’ll Do
As a Direct Sales Representative for Parrish Pest Control, your responsibilities will include:
- Generating Leads: Use door-to-door sales techniques to connect with potential customers and present our pest control solutions.
- Building Relationships: Understand customer needs and provide customized pest extermination solutions tailored to their concerns.
- Achieving Sales Goals: Consistently exceed revenue milestones while maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Earning Residuals: Enjoy long-term income from recurring customer contracts, with increasing residual percentages tied to your performance.
Are You a Good Fit?
We are looking for individuals who:
- Have proven experience in sales, with pest control experience as an advantage.
- Possess excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Are ambitious, self-driven, and thrive in competitive sales environments.
- Are bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required).
- Have experience in technical sales (preferred but not required).
Job Requirements
- Location: Must be able to relocate or commute to Parrish, FL, and surrounding areas.
- Travel: Up to 25% travel required.
- License: A valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years and no DUI/DWI in the past 7 years.
- Screening: Must pass background and drug screening tests.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
